Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website. Use of the MeritFlo platform by customer organizations is governed by a separate subscription agreement.
Last updated: 12 July 2026
Scope
These terms apply to your use of the MeritFlo marketing website. If your organization subscribes to the MeritFlo platform, that subscription is governed by the master subscription agreement and data processing terms signed with your organization — those documents, not this page, control your use of the product.
Use of this website
You may browse this site, read and share links to its content, and submit the forms it provides for their intended purpose. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or test its security without written authorization, scrape it at volumes that affect its operation, misrepresent your identity in forms, or use the site to transmit anything unlawful or malicious.
Content and intellectual property
The content of this website — text, graphics, logos and design — belongs to MeritFlo or its licensors. You may quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions, or use the MeritFlo name or logo to suggest endorsement, without written permission.
Information is provided as-is
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information, without warranties of any kind. Product descriptions reflect the platform as it evolves; specific commitments to a customer are made in writing in that customer’s agreement, not on marketing pages. Nothing on this site is legal advice — including our articles about data protection law, which are commentary, not counsel.
Third-party links
Where this site links to third-party sites, those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeritFlo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Customer subscription agreements may specify different governing law for the product relationship.
